Real Estate Investment Options

Invest in real estate worth €250,000 (plus taxes). Invest a minimum of €500,000 in select regions, including Mykonos, Santorini, Thessaloniki, and key areas in Athens.
Enter a 10-year lease for hotel accommodation or furnished tourist residences within specific accommodation complexes.
Engage in a 10-year time-sharing agreement for hotel accommodation.

Capital Contribution

Invest €400,000 in a Greek-based company (excluding portfolio investment and real estate investment firms). Acquire shares in a share capital increase or bonds tradable on Greek regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms.
Invest €400,000 in a real estate investment company exclusively investing in Greece. Acquire shares in a share capital increase.
Invest €400,000 in a closed-end investment company for shares acquisition, or in a closed-end mutual fund for shares acquisition, provided they aim to invest exclusively in Greece-based companies.

Shares, Bonds, and/or Government Bonds

Buy Greek government bonds worth at least €400,000 with a residual maturity of three years, through a Greek credit institution (acting as custodian).
Purchase shares or corporate bonds worth €800,000 tradable on Greek regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms.
Purchase units worth €400,000 of a mutual fund from Greece or elsewhere, focusing exclusively on Greek government bonds, corporate bonds, or shares tradable on Greek regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms.
Purchase units or shares worth €400,000 from an alternative investment fund within Greece or another EU country, exclusively investing in Greek immovable property.

Capital Transfer

Place a minimum €400,000 in a domestic credit institution through a term deposit lasting one year or more, renewing via standing order.
